How do I track my order?

You can track your order through your account or by using the tracking link sent to your email.

Track from your account

If you have an account:

1. Sign in to your account
2. Go to Go to My Orders
3. Select the order you want to track

You’ll see the latest order status and tracking details (if available).

Email updates for your order

You’ll receive important updates by email as your order progresses:

• Order confirmation email — sent after your order is confirmed and enters production
• Shipping confirmation email — sent once your order has shipped, including your tracking link

When will tracking be available?

Tracking information becomes available after your order has shipped.

If your order is still in production, tracking details will not appear yet.

What if my order has multiple shipments?

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages.

• Each shipment will have its own tracking number
• You can track each package individually
