We offer refunds or reprints in the following cases:
- Verified printing defects
- Product quality issues
- Incorrect items produced by us
- Items damaged during shipping
Resolution may include:
- Reprint
- Full refund
- Partial refund (if applicable)
2. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or reprints are not provided for:
- Customer-submitted design errors (spelling, layout, size, etc.)
- Incorrect files uploaded by the customer
- Issues approved during proofing
- Minor variations within industry standards
3. Color and Print Variations
Due to the nature of printing:
- Color variations within industry-accepted tolerances are normal
- Printed results may differ from on-screen previews
- Minor variations in cutting or finishing may occur
These are not considered defects.
4. Refund Process
All approved refunds will be issued as follows:
I. Refunds are first credited to the customer's account wallet
II. Customers may request withdrawal of wallet funds to their original payment method
Processing time for withdrawals may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. Return Shipping
For verified quality issues, we will cover return shipping costs if required.
In some cases, return of the product may not be required.
6. Shipping Fees
Orders over $99 may qualify for free shipping.
For orders below $99:
If the issue is due to our fault, we will refund the full order amount, including shipping.
