All products are made to order.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Orders are considered pending until reviewed and accepted by our system or team.

Once an order enters production status, it cannot be modified or canceled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Order Changes and Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before the order is confirmed for production.

Orders cannot be modified once placed.

If a cancellation is approved:

A refund may be issued to the original payment method, orThe amount may be credited to the customer's account wallet for future purchases

Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Production and Delivery Time

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for reference only.

“12-day” and “25-day” options represent estimated timelines, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to production, logistics, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Pricing and Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

We accept:

Full payment is required before production begins.

7. Design Services

We may offer optional design support services.

• Design service fees are non-refundable
• Fees may be credited toward future orders where applicable

8. Customer Content and File Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for all submitted content.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have the legal right to use the submitted content
• The content complies with all applicable laws
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights

We may provide file checking or guidance as a courtesy, but:

Final responsibility for file accuracy remains with the customer

9. Printing Quality and Limitations

Due to the nature of printing:

• Color variations within industry-accepted tolerances are normal
• Printed colors may differ from screen displays due to differences in devices and materials
• Minor variations in cutting, alignment, or finishing may occur

These are not considered defects.

10. Returns, Reprints, and Refunds

Because all products are custom-made:

Eligible cases (we will resolve)

We may offer reprint or refund if:

• There is a verified printing defect
• The product is damaged or incorrect
• There is a clear production error

Not eligible

We do not offer refunds or reprints for:

• Customer design errors
• Incorrect file submission
• Spelling, layout, or content mistakes
• Issues approved during proofing

Resolution may include:

• Reprint
• Partial refund
• Full refund (case-dependent)

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order

12. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse any order or content that:

• Violates laws or regulations
• Contains prohibited or offensive material
• Infringes intellectual property rights

Customers retain ownership of their submitted content.

By submitting content, you grant us the right to process and reproduce it solely for fulfilling your order.
