Your order is confirmed after you submit it and it has been reviewed for production.

What does “order confirmed” mean?

Order confirmation means:

• Your order has been received and reviewed
• Your details and files are ready for production
• Your order is approved to move into production

Once confirmed, your order will begin the production process.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

No — once your order has been submitted, it cannot be modified.

If you need to make changes, you’ll need to:

• Request a cancellation as soon as possible
• Place a new order with the correct details
