What do different order statuses mean?

Your order goes through several stages from placement to delivery. Here’s what each status means:
Order statuses explained
- Order received
Your order has been placed successfully and is being prepared for production - On Production
Your order is being printed, assembled, and prepared for shipment - Ready for Delivery
Your order has completed production and is being prepared for shipping - In Transit
Your order has been shipped and is on the way to your delivery address - In Local Delivery
Your order has reached the local carrier and is out for final delivery - Completed
Your order has been successfully delivered
When will tracking be available?
Tracking information becomes available once your order reaches the In Transit stage.
Why is my order still in production?
Production time depends on the product type, quantity, and order complexity.
