Can I change my order?

You can make changes to your order before it is submitted.
Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be modified.
If you need to make changes, you’ll need to request a cancellation and place a new order.
Changes before submitting your order
Before placing your order, you can:
- Edit product options (size, material, quantity, etc.)
- Update your design or upload a new file
- Change your shipping details
After your order is submitted
Once your order is submitted:
- Changes are no longer possible
- Your order will move forward for confirmation and production
If you need to make updates, please request a cancellation as soon as possible, before your order is confirmed.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests may be accepted before your order is confirmed.
If your order has already been confirmed, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If your cancellation is approved
If a cancellation request is approved:
- A refund may be issued to your original payment method, or
- The amount may be credited to your account wallet for future purchases
Refund timing
- Refunds to the original payment method (e.g., Stripe):
Typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider - Wallet credits:
Available immediately and recommended for faster access to your funds
Please note that refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
Important notes
- Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee approval
- Orders may be confirmed quickly, so we recommend contacting us immediately
- Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or changed
