What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is placed, it moves through a few simple steps before delivery.

Order confirmation

After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Your order will then move into production.

Production

Your product is prepared and printed based on your selected options and uploaded design.

Production time may vary depending on the product and order details.

Shipping and delivery

Once production is complete:

• Your order is prepared for shipment
• It will be shipped and enter transit
• A tracking number will be provided when your package reaches the local delivery stage

Need to make a change?

Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed.

If needed, you can request a cancellation and place a new order.
