Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

It’s normal for tracking information to not update immediately after your order ships.

Why tracking may not update right away

There are several common reasons for delayed tracking updates:

  • Carrier processing delays — packages may take time to be scanned after pickup
  • No scans in transit — tracking may not update between facilities
  • High shipping volume — delays during peak periods
  • Weekends or holidays — limited carrier activity

What about orders in production?

Tracking is only available after your order has shipped.

If your order is still in production, tracking updates will not appear yet.

How long should I wait?

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after shipment
  • In some cases, updates may take longer depending on the carrier

If your order is still within the estimated delivery timeline, no action is needed.

When should I contact support?

Please contact us if:

  • Your tracking hasn’t updated for several days after shipping
  • Your order is past the estimated delivery date
  • You believe your package may be lost
