Because most of our products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
Are any returns or exchanges allowed?
We may offer a solution if there is an issue with your order, such as:
- The item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
- There is a clear production defect
In these cases, please contact us and we’ll review your request.
What if I changed my mind?
Since each order is made specifically for you, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size, material, or option
- Design or file-related issues
We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting.
What options are available if there’s an issue?
If your request is approved, we’ll determine the best solution.
Depending on the situation, this may include:
- A reprint or replacement
- A partial or full refund (if applicable)
