Once your order is confirmed and enters production, you’ll receive an email notification.

What order statuses mean

Your order will go through the following stages:

• On Production — your order is being prepared and produced
• Ready for Delivery — your order has been completed and is being prepared for shipment
• In Transit — your order is on the way
• In Local Delivery — your package has been handed to a local carrier and is out for delivery
• Completed — your order has been delivered

When will I get a tracking number?

A tracking number will be provided once your order reaches the In Local Delivery stage.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, each shipment will have its own tracking number.
