When will I be charged for my order?

Your payment is processed at the time you place your order.

When does the charge happen?

Once you complete checkout and submit your order:

• Your payment method will be charged immediately
• Your order will then move into production

Why is payment taken upfront?

All products are made to order based on your custom design and specifications.

Because of this, production begins after payment is confirmed.

What if my order needs to be canceled?

If you need to cancel your order, please submit your request as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests must be made before your order is confirmed and enters production.
