How do I preview my design before ordering?
You can review your design before placing an order, but the review process depends on how you created your artwork.
If you created or edited your design in our online designer, go to your shopping cart and select the Edit button on the product item. This will reopen your design so you can check the layout, text, images, size, orientation, and overall appearance before checkout.
If you upload a print-ready file instead, please review the file carefully before uploading. Make sure the artwork is final and matches your selected product size, orientation, and print options.
What Should I Check Before Ordering?
Before placing your order, carefully review:
- Spelling and grammar
- Phone numbers, addresses, dates, and prices
- Logo placement
- Image clarity
- Text size and readability
- QR code placement and scannability
- Background coverage
- Bleed, trim, and safe area
- Front and back designs, if double-sided printing is selected
- Selected product options, such as size, material, finish, quantity, and print side
Is the Preview Exactly the Same as the Printed Product?
The preview is a helpful digital reference, but it may not perfectly match the final printed product.
Printed results can vary slightly because of screen settings, RGB-to-CMYK color conversion, product material, surface finish, lighting conditions, printing process, and cutting, folding, or finishing tolerances.
For this reason, use the preview to check layout, placement, size, orientation, and general appearance. It should not be used as an exact guarantee of final printed color or material appearance.
What If Something Looks Wrong?
If something looks incorrect, please fix it before placing your order.
For online designer orders, return to your shopping cart and select Edit on the product item to update your design.
For uploaded file orders, correct the original file and upload the updated version before submitting your order.
Once your order is submitted, changes may be limited or unavailable depending on the order status. To avoid delays or production issues, please review your design and order details carefully before checkout.
