Can I change the size of a template?
No. Template sizes cannot be changed or resized inside the Online Designer. Because our templates are custom-mapped to the exact physical production specs of each item, you cannot alter the canvas dimensions once editing has begun.
How to Correctly Change Your Product Size:
If you need a different size, you must start a new design session by following these steps:

Exit the Designer: Return to the specific Product Page (e.g., Mesh Banners or Custom Stickers).

Re-select Specs: Choose your desired Size, Orientation, and Material from the product options configurator.

Launch a New Template: Click into the template library from that specific setup. This ensures your online grid matches your physical order perfectly.
Always double-check your dimensions on the product page before clicking "Design" to save time and avoid losing your artwork progress.
