Can I reuse a saved design for another order?

Yes, absolutely. Reusing your saved designs is the fastest way to place repeat orders, roll out seasonal updates, or maintain a consistent brand identity across your marketing materials.

Depending on your goal, you can handle this in two ways:

Scenario 1: Reordering the Exact Same Product

If you are doing a straight reprint with zero changes (or just updating quick details like a date or phone number):

  1. Log into your account and go to Saved Designs or Order History.

  2. Select your past artwork and open it in the Online Designer.

  3. Run a Quick Audit: Double-check critical details like names, URLs, phone numbers, prices, and QR codes to ensure no outdated info slips through.

  4. Click Add to Cart to check out.

Scenario 2: Applying a Saved Design to a Different Product

Because our design grids are custom-mapped to specific physical product dimensions (e.g., a business card layout cannot automatically scale into a giant mesh banner), you cannot directly transfer a saved file onto a different product type.

To maintain brand consistency across different products:

  1. Use the Duplicate function in your account to clone your original design.

  2. Use that clone as your visual reference to quickly lay out your assets (logos, colors, and styling) onto the new product’s specific template grid.

Best Practice

Never assume an old design is print-ready for a new year or a new product line. Always hit the Preview tool to review text legibility and alignment before placing a reorder.
